Don't try to awaken

awakening

Don't ry to awaken, what you're looking for is already here in the present moment.

Don’t try to awaken

The moment you try to achieve a state, you move away from experiencing it. If you believe you must change, reach a future point, or become something in order to live your truth or dream, you are acting from a state of lack. It is like asking for something you don’t have, and by doing so you reinforce the feeling of not having it.

We are manifesting all the time, whether we realize it or not. When actions come from lack, they carry the frequency of not having or not being. To manifest consciously, you must feel as if what you desire is already here. Imagine being in that state now. Feel grateful and excited. Gratitude carries the emotional message that it already exists, and that is what aligns you with it.

The paradox is that trying to become something in the future quietly declares that the present moment is not enough. But what we are truly searching for, at the deepest level, is inner peace, happiness, and love. These are never found in a future moment. They only exist now.

They appear when the search stops and when you accept this moment exactly as it is. Whatever you feel right now is okay. It is just a thought, an emotion, or a sensation. You are the awareness watching it. In that acceptance, the peace you were chasing is already here.

And on bad days, when you are not aware, accept that too. It is okay. You can even forget the idea of awakening. Once you have turned in that direction, the intention is already set. Something in you is moving there anyway, even when you are not thinking about it. The path is working in the background. Trust is the key.

When you stop trying to reach something and trust that life is already carrying you, you release control consciously and regain it unconsciously. You become effortless, like a boat moving with the current of a river. With that trust and the knowing that this moment is already okay, you can begin to notice the happiness you were searching for. It is hidden inside the present moment.

The search itself was what kept you from seeing it, because searching looks to the future or the past and ignores what is here. The feeling you want is already present. It is right in front of you. When you stop searching, many unconscious thoughts and judgments fall away on their own. Space appears between you and the thoughts. That space is presence, and that presence is peace and quiet joy.
